So I decided to make some...
mash 2 ripe avocados, leave it chunky
squeeze lime juice from one lime
finely diced 1/4 sweet onion
finely diced roma tomato
finely diced cilantro
plus one other secret ingredient...
sprinkle a few fajita spices
YUM!
Delicious with chips or fajitas
(if there is any left!)
